Responsabilidades e atribuições

What you will do:


  • Develop training and development programs based on identified needs, aligned with organizational objectives
  • Coordinate the execution and implementation of training programs, workshops, and professional development activities
  • Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, providing support in monitoring and analyzing results
  • Participate in organizational change management processes, assisting employees in adapting to new strategies and practices
  • Develop internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
  • Manage and optimize different internal communication channels
  • Plan and execute internal campaigns to promote organizational culture, values, and initiatives
  • Organize corporate events
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand
  • Build trusting relationships and be an influencer for key stakeholders 
  • Develop leadership 
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of HR programs/projects/initiatives 
  • Disseminate the values and culture of Soluparts 


Requisitos e qualificações

What will bring you to the role:

  • Fluent English 
  • Reside in Belo Horizonte, Brazil
